One of Lago’s most popular and signature products. The secret to our Bacon is starting off the the highest quality loins, that have the perfect balance of fat and muscle. Cured for minimum 48 hours, before being double smoked and then slow cooked, which gives this product its full flavour profile, not being too salty or “smokey”, but just right!
